Welcome to ORTIS. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Please give us accurate and complete details when you create an account or place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity on your account.
• You must not misuse the website, try to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our products

We take care to show our watches as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and its settings, and product photos may include styling props that are not part of the product.

Prices and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Prices and offers may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• All products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we will let you know and refund any amount you have paid.

Orders

After you place an order, we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there is a clear error in the price or product details, or we suspect fraud. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund the full amount.

Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes. For Cash on Delivery orders, please pay the full order amount to the delivery partner when your order arrives.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

How we ship your order, and how you can cancel, return or exchange it, is set out in our Shipping and Cancellation Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The ORTIS name and logo, our product designs, photos, text and everything else on this website belong to ORTIS or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or sell any of it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ORTIS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
